My friend Esme and I made a board game called lifestyle and basically, you have to pay rent every 5 turns but if you don't pay all the money for your rent you lose a turn. I had lots of fun making this and to be honest making a board game is a lot of work😂. And I would like to know, Do you like to play board games? Have you ever Won? and if so, How many times have you won?
It includes:
Three characters, Money, prizes, and sometimes you lose things.
The player by the end with the most money wins the game (keep playing for a tie-breaker)

And tomorrow we get to dress up as our culture I have loads of cultures for example Scottish, Irish, Maori, European, and English. but I have no cultural clothes so I'm going to wear mufti but I will bring some cultural food. Today I'm going to talk about what I did in lockdown. So obviously I couldn't go out and do anything fun besides going for bike rides with my dad which I love to do. One of the things I did at home was science it wasn't for school but I did it for fun. we did an apple experiment where you connect wires to apples and then attach it to a battery to a clock thing that came in the packet. I am hating lockdown right now and I want to punch covid in the face but then I might catch the virus, so I'm going to tell you about what we are doing for literacy. We are doing science. The experiment we did was this apple one where you put 4 slices of apple into different things.
You must put one into vinegar, one into lemon juice, one in saltwater, and leave one alone. Then you wait till the end of the day and check on them and of course, you would take photos of them before and after.

It is now finally term 3 of my school year and for literacy, my group and most of our hub have been working on Tokyo Olympics. Hi everyone. In my literacy group we have been designing a new way to travel, which basically means that we needed to design a cool creative vehicle that people might "use in the future". And i think mine is good but i know i can do better. Any ideas on what i could put on my vehicle?

In Korimako we have been learning about pepehas and about ourselves and where we come from and stuff like what is our mountain and our river/lake. My mountain is Aoraki and my river is Waitaki. We even got to make didgital pepehas. on a slide show then we made some pepeha art that we drew our mountains and river/lakes. On our pepeha art there will be a qr code so when our whanau come into the hub they can look at our pepehas!!
